How Do We Handle the Application Process?

- A copy of the business owner’s passport or other national ID card.
- A copy of your business license, if applicable.
- A voided check for the account where your money will be deposited. If unavailable, you can substitute with a bank letter.
- The three latest bank statements for your business.
- A utility bill, which has to be no older than 30 days of the application date.
In all likelihood we will need some other paperwork during the application process and we may also ask you for an explanation of some issue or other. So be prepared to follow up promptly on our requests to help us go through the process as quickly as possible.
TMF / MATCH List
If your latest merchant account was terminated, we will need to know that and the reason for the termination. Furthermore, if your business has been placed on the TMF / MATCH list, be sure to let us know. We will find out anyway, but knowing it before we initiate the application process will save us both precious time. We can work with you whether or not you were placed on the TMF, but the application and set-up processes are different, so we need to know how to proceed.
