- Application form. You can download the form here. Please fill it out thoroughly, sign and initial where indicated and then email it back to us, along with the documents listed below.
- Certificate of Incorporation or a similar document.
- A copy of the principal owner’s passport or other national ID.
- A copy of your business / operating license, where applicable.
- A voided check for your bank account. If unavailable, you can provide a bank letter instead.
- Your business’ three most recent bank statements.
- A utility bill, no older than 30 days of the application date.
It is very likely that we will need some other paperwork or an explanation later on during the application process. So be ready to follow up on our requests to help us go through the process as quickly as possible.
Previous Merchant Accounts
Be sure to tell us if your latest credit card processing account was terminated and for what reason. Furthermore, if your business has been placed on the Terminated Merchant File (TMF) / MATCH list, we will need to know. We will find out anyway during the application approval, but having this information in advance would save us both valuable time. The thing is that we can work with you whether or not you are on the TMF, but the application approval and set-up process are quite different.
